Membership Features

  • Membership includes access to all our print and digital templates, with new content added every month. Our templates include flyers, door hangers, postcards, guides, social media images, branding and more. You will also have access to Canva tutorial resources and chat support.

    For a brief peek of how the membership vault looks inside, you can watch our Membership Preview video available on our home page. We also sell our templates individually on our Etsy Shop. The membership includes all the templates seen on our Etsy shop + additional, exclusive templates only available in our membership vault.

  • We offer exclusive live chat support for members. If you have any questions about our templates, customizations, or anything else, please log in and use the live chat feature. We’re happy to help!

  • Absolutely! All of the templates are completely customizable via Canva; you can edit the text, change the colors, add/remove sections, etc.

  • Yes, all our templates include license-free stock images. Some templates come with copy already written, while some come with writing prompts for you to fill in your own details. This makes it easy for you to customize the templates (or not) according to your needs.

  • Absolutely. While our templates are created with real estate agents in mind, we’ve heard from members from other industries – including mortgage and insurance – that they find our templates effective as well. Since our templates are completely customizable, you can use the designs and edit the text to fit your industry content.

  • At the moment, we only offer templates in English.

  • The membership provides a licensing agreement intended for usage by either one agent or one agent team. It is not permissible to purchase a single membership and enable multiple users to access and post content across multiple accounts.

    Engaging in such activity violates our terms and agreements, resulting in immediate cancellation of your membership.

    If you wish to acquire a multi-user license for additional team members, please reach out to us.

  • The membership does not come with custom design services; you have to do the editing yourself. However, we do offer customization or custom design services at an additional cost. Contact us to get a custom quote.

Pricing & Policy

  • It is a one-time payment of $250.

  • Due to the digital nature of our membership, we cannot offer a free trial. To get a feel for our designs, you can try customizing our media kit template for free! Access it here.

  • You can purchase our membership whenever you’d like. However, please note that prices will progressively rise as we expand our content offerings. By purchasing the membership now at $250 USD, you will get immediate access to our current templates and enjoy future template releases at no extra charge. This advantage sets you apart from those who may acquire the membership later, after the new templates have been added and the membership is priced at a higher cost.

  • Due to the digital nature of our membership, we cannot provide refunds.

  • All our membership options are exclusively designed for individual accounts with a single login.

    This membership plan is ideal for you if:

    • You are an agent seeking to utilize the templates for your own purposes.

    • You are a one-person marketing team dedicated to serving one agent or an single agent team.

    Please note that in this context, an agent team refers to a group of two or more individuals, each handling distinct responsibilities within the business. For instance, one member may handle front-end tasks such as sales and marketing, while another focuses on back-end operations such as paperwork and collaborating with lenders. The team should have a unified social media presence instead of individual accounts dedicated to each team member.

    For Brokerage plans or Multi-License plans, please reach out to us if:

    • You are a brokerage with multiple agents

    • You are a one-person or multi-member marketing team responsible for supporting more than one agent or agent team.

    Regardless of the chosen plan, engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate termination of membership:

    • Using the templates to create designs & templates for external parties.

    • Sharing template links with external parties

    • Selling the templates

Canva

  • Canva is an online design platform that makes it easy to create visual materials for different marketing needs. It’s easy to use and requires no design background. Read through Canva’s resources for new creators to get familiar with the platform. Our library also includes access to Canva tutorials, so getting started is a breeze.

  • Nope! A free Canva account is all you need to access and edit our templates. We only use license-free stock images, so you don’t need to worry about copyright and additional costs.

  • All of our templates work perfectly with the Canva FREE version. If you're planning to our templates "as is" (change minor details like the photos, address/contact info, etc.), the FREE plan will be fine. However, if you plan to edit our templates heavily (resizing, add better photos, use different elements), then you need the PRO version.

    If you’re still unsure which Canva plan to go with, I’d recommend to start with the FREE plan and get a feel of how Canva works. If you feel like you want more features, get the Canva PRO free trial here to try out the PRO version.
